About the Chef
Chef Gregory Shule has 15 years of restaurant experience ranging from fine dining to casual dining. His mantra from the beginning of his culinary career is “simplicity is the mother of beauty”. He honed his skills at both Game Creek Club and La Tour restaurants in Vail. Under the tutelage Chef Paul Ferzacca one of the most respected and honored Chefs in Vail. Chef Shule has great respect for food and those who enjoy dining. Using only the freshest ingredients Chef Shule is known for his exceptional seasonal and regional flavor combinations and beautiful presentation. His meals have been discribed as food for the body and soul. Having cooked for of President Ford, Chef Shules name is trusted and respected throughout the Vail Valley. Chef Shule is often asked what his favorite dish to prepare. “I don’t have a specific dish I like to prepare. I take more satisfaction in finding out the favorite dish of my guests and prepare that for them. Nothing gives me more satisfaction than hearing them say that that was the best I have ever had.”
